Southaven's recreational soccer league offers many opportunities for boys and girls at every age group: 3yr old Kick Starters, U6, U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16. 

Spring 2025 Recreational Soccer Information

The City of Southaven offers Youth and Adult Recreational Soccer through Desoto County Soccer Association (DCSA), a charter member of the Northern District of Mississippi Soccer Association (MSA).
**ALL games will be played at Snowden Grove Soccer Complex**

All teams are coached by volunteer Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers.  If you are considering being a volunteer coach, assistant coach, or manage of a team, please indicate so on the Online or paper registration.  Coaches will receive support from DCSA, Southaven Soccer Director and/or other qualified local soccer coaches in the form of:
-Age appropriate coaching material
-Run a practice session for you
-Bounce ideas around about practice sessions

Southaven Recreational Soccer League and DCSA cannot operate without volunteer coaches, assistant coaches and managers.  Our Goal is to be a resource for you to lean on as you coach the kids and teams.

Age Groups offered for Boys teams, Girls teams, or Coed if needed:
-Kick Starters 3yr old (born in 2022)
-Kick Starters 4yr old (born in 2021)
-U6 (born in 2019)
-U8 (born in 2017 & 2018)
-U10 (born in 2015 & 2016)
-U12 (born in 2013 & 2014)
-U14 (born in 2011 & 2012)
-U16 (born in 2009 & 2010)
-Adult Recreational (2005 and earlier)

 

Desoto County Soccer Association is a charter member in the Northern District of the Mississippi Soccer Association. We are directly associated, through MSA, to the United States Youth Soccer Association, the United States Soccer Federation, and FIFA. DCSA, in conjuntion with the City of Southaven Parks and Recreation Department, administers both recreational soccer leagues and competitive teams for boys and girls of all ages. Any parent or guardian of a child duly registered and actively playing in one of these leagues or teams is a member of this association!
